  • SDK and API access for developers

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Our Service is designed to fail open: if you exceed your limits or we experience technical difficulties, the SDK will not block your users but will return an error message while allowing the user request to proceed.

  • Store or log your data at any stage of processing
  • Use your data for purposes other than providing the Service

We do not retain your data after processing. All data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded.

While we provide advanced protection against prompt injection attacks, we cannot guarantee 100% protection against all possible attacks. The effectiveness of our Service depends on various factors including the nature of attacks and your implementation.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

8.2 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
